About the Role:

The ideal candidate will adopt a multidisciplinary approach to pain management, engaging in both interventional techniques and medication oversight. This position is hospital-based and includes a two-year income guarantee, transitioning to a pass-through model thereafter.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized care plans that incorporate interventional procedures, medication management, and additional therapeutic options.
  • Collaborate with a team of motivated physicians to enhance practice growth.
  • Focus on patient care while the group manages business operations, including staffing, marketing, billing, and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits:

Enjoy a competitive compensation package during the initial two years as you establish your practice. After this period, you will retain 100% of professional collections, minus a nominal fee for billing services.
