Your Role:

As a vital link between our clients and various internal teams, you will ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships that drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients. Address customer inquiries and manage expectations while collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior service.
  • Order Management: Oversee the sales order process from initiation to shipment. Address order changes, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing customer care processes. Engage in demand planning discussions and utilize customer feedback to drive improvements.

Your Profile:

We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow in a collaborative and creative environment. Your qualifications should include:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with strong internship or co-op experience considered.
  • A customer-centric mindset with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and basic inventory management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
