About the Position:
As a Client Relations Specialist at Total Quality Logistics, you will undergo comprehensive training to become a knowledgeable resource in a particular transportation mode (e.g., Full-truckload, Less-Than-Truckload, Drayage) to facilitate daily shipping operations. You will serve as the primary support for our sales team, directly contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Become the expert on all administrative functions related to your assigned accounts
Document and oversee all tasks within our internal systems
Coordinate appointments and assist in managing shipments from initiation to delivery
Address shipping challenges with a high degree of professionalism
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Assist with billing and payment processing as required
Qualifications:
Preferred 1+ year of experience in customer service
Demonstrated strong work ethic with a record of excellent attendance
Exceptional verbal communication skills – both in-person and over the phone
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure their completion
