In this position, you will serve as the pivotal connection between the client, operational teams, sales personnel, and Givaudan Business Services, ensuring that client requirements are fulfilled in the most effective and economical manner. Foster robust relationships with clients, represent their interests within Givaudan, and oversee the sales order process from initiation to delivery for designated clients and affiliates. Implement the Customer Care strategy effectively.
Relationship Management: Provide assistance to assigned clients and affiliates to manage their expectations. Support order fulfillment and escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate actively with the customer care team to enhance customer intimacy and deliver outstanding service. Engage in daily communication and cooperation with clients, operations, sales, and GBS. Participate in client visits and presentations as needed.
Account Management Skills: Address requests for order modifications, resolve issues, and manage client complaints and inquiries both internally and externally. When necessary, determine corrective actions with the assistance of the Support Office and Control Tower. Prepare debit and credit notes, process quality notifications, and manage customer returns. Maintain precise customer records, including specific information, contracts, labeling, packaging, and inventory requirements.
Continuous Improvement Focus: Regularly identify opportunities for enhancement in Customer Care and engage in relevant projects. Proactively gather client forecasts, input data into tools, and collaborate with planning on demand forecasting and inventory status. Actively participate in demand planning meetings and seek out client feedback to inform improvements.

Your qualifications include:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or relevant professional experience.
2-3 years of experience in the industry, including customer-facing roles; strong co-op/intern experience will be considered.
Customer-centric with demonstrated skills in Customer Relationship Management (required), basic knowledge of Inventory Management, and familiarity with Incoterms and Shipping Terminology is advantageous.
Proficient in SAP and related processes, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (white/yellow belt) is a plus.
