Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to provide daily troubleshooting support.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and resolving client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Meticulously documenting all client interactions, issues, and solutions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Responding to client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Participating in team and client meetings.
  • Processing sales transactions and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and adherence to scheduled work hours to ensure optimal coverage for client service inquiries.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are required for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems and screens.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to efficiently process sales and client upgrades is essential.

Education and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Effective verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A professional and welcoming demeanor must be maintained throughout all client interactions.
