In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support related to our offerings. Your main objective will be to foster a positive client experience, address issues promptly, and maintain our organization's commitment to outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients to provide daily troubleshooting support.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meticulously documenting all client interactions, issues, and solutions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
- Responding to client inquiries with professionalism.
- Participating in team and client meetings.
- Processing sales transactions and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Assisting the sales team in acquiring new clients.
- Demonstrating punctuality and adherence to scheduled work hours to ensure optimal coverage for client service inquiries.
- Providing general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are required for success in this role.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems and screens.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.

Education and Experience:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is advantageous.

- A professional and welcoming demeanor must be maintained throughout all client interactions.
