We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview
The Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating various HR and administrative functions. This position will manage the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll management, benefits administration, and the enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Monitor and document compliance with mandatory training and assessments, including safety and professional development.
  • Guide and support the performance review process, equipping supervisors and employees with necessary tools and training.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and informative orientation experience.
  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate and confidential personnel data management.
  • Facilitate recruitment efforts by collaborating with department managers to identify required skills and competencies.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
  • Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee development.
  • Respond to employment-related inquiries and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR files to ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and resolve related inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison with external benefits providers.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and employee recognition activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee files.
  • Assist with office supply procurement and coordination.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
  • Handle general inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
General Affairs
  • Ensure office safety and health compliance, including maintaining OSHA logs and labor law postings.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory levels.
  • Oversee maintenance and scheduling for company vehicles.
  • Manage office technology and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
  • Administer company insurance policies and assist with audits.
  • Support relocation efforts for expatriates.
  • Coordinate office mail distribution.
Other Responsibilities
  • Continuously seek improvements in work processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR/GA Manager.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and effective communication within the workplace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
