Job Summary

Beechwood Sales and Service, a family-owned and operated beer distribution company, is seeking a highly organized and analytical Office Administrator to join their team. This full-time role will provide valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and customers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with management of intra-company website and department expenditures
  • Establish new customer accounts and maintain account files
  • Build ad-hoc reporting and track competitive activity
  • Develop presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
