Job Summary
Beechwood Sales and Service, a family-owned and operated beer distribution company, is seeking a highly organized and analytical Office Administrator to join their team. This full-time role will provide valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and customers
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with management of intra-company website and department expenditures
- Establish new customer accounts and maintain account files
- Build ad-hoc reporting and track competitive activity
- Develop presentations as needed
Requirements
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
