Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at PPC Partners Inc. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and develop new accounts and markets
  • Present to customers, written quotations and proposals for the Company's solutions and services
  • Identify and penetrate new customer & application opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecast to aid in resource planning and execution
  • Conduct territorial market research to identify new prospects and pursue new business development
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast and target account pipeline updates for assigned accounts
  • Consult with customers to assess needs and to determine system requirements
  • Regularly follow-up and support customers to overcome objections and secure orders
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous sales experience with a focus on new business development
  • Decisive leader with a passion for sales and working with customers
  • Self-motivated & being results oriented
  • Great listening skills, ability to decipher customer needs
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Creativity thinker with ability to visualize solutions
