Position Summary:

The Corporate Aviation Service Specialist is accountable to the Chief Flight Attendant and is responsible for delivering a range of services that ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of Bank of America associates and clients. This role involves extensive travel on corporate aircraft and encompasses all aspects of cabin service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cabin safety support, including conducting emergency briefings and managing emergency situations.
  • Ensure the care and comfort of passengers on corporate flights.
  • Plan and source creative meal options that adhere to strict dietary requirements, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked prior to flights.
  • Exhibit excellent customer relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and prioritize passenger service needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of cabin systems, technology, and appliances, ensuring their proper functionality for flight.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in Corporate Aviation.
  • Proficiency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical training.
  • Certification from an accredited Flight Attendant training program.
  • Experience in large cabin corporate aircraft service, including catering and food preparation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated discretion and discernment in interactions with executives and passengers.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety protocols.
  • Willingness to travel on long-duration international flights.

Desired Qualifications:
