Position Summary:


Cabin Services Specialists (CSS) report directly to the Chief Flight Attendant and are responsible for delivering a range of services that ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of Bank of America associates and their clients.

This role involves traveling globally on corporate aircraft and executing all aspects of cabin service.
Ensures the highest standards of safety and service concerning passenger and cabin safety, medical needs, meal service, and special requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide cabin safety support, including emergency briefings and response protocols.
Ensure the care and comfort of passengers aboard the corporate aircraft.

Plan and procure innovative meals that accommodate strict dietary requirements and ensure proper storage of supplies before each flight.

Exhibit excellent customer relationship management skills, the ability to work autonomously, and prioritize solutions related to passenger service, as well as manage office functions onboard the aircraft.

Perform additional duties as required.

Possess thorough knowledge of all cabin systems, technology, and appliances, ensuring their optimal condition and functionality for flight.


Essential Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Flight Attendant is preferred (Corporate Aviation – Part 91 experience is a plus).
Proficiency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical training.
Certification from an accredited Flight Attendant training organization (e.g., MedAire, Flight Safety International, FACTS).
Experience in large cabin corporate aircraft service, systems, technology, catering, and food preparation.

Demonstrated customer service excellence and the ability to engage comfortably with senior executives to maintain control of the cabin environment.

Must exercise discretion and judgment when interacting with executives and passengers.
Proficient in Food Safety protocols.
Willingness to travel on long-duration international flights.

Must reside within a reasonable distance of the designated airport or be open to relocation.
