We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Attendant to join our team at Corporate Flight Management. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform required work duties in a fast-paced aircraft environment.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
  • Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist with lifting and stowing luggage, and provide assistance to individuals needing help during aircraft operations.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Guide or direct passengers during emergency situations to minimize impact and protect passengers and crew members.
  • Provide emergency medical assistance as needed.
  • Ensure the aircraft and passengers are in full compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety measures.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers and crew members through verbal and written means.
  • Retrieve and store items in overhead bins and perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Use galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems unsupervised.
  • Maintain the appearance of the aircraft's cabin, galley, and lavatory.
  • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
  • Comply with other tasks assigned by management or the Pilot-in-Command.
Requirements
  • Must be 23 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate is required.
  • Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Must understand, read, and write English.
  • Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and thereafter submit to DOT mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
  • Must be able to successfully complete Corporate Flight Management's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
  • Ability to adjust to a rotating schedule with variable hours that could include up to a 16-hour duty day.
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Must live within one hour of assigned domicile.
