As a vital member of the UGI Utilities team, the Sales Coordinator I will provide essential administrative assistance to the Bethlehem Field and ISG Sales divisions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new construction service installation orders and manage scheduling effectively.
- Input all required data into SAP, DOJM, Design Manager, and Fieldbook systems.
- Ensure timely processing of all necessary documentation to facilitate prompt service for customers and maintain up-to-date reports.
- Support ISG and Field Sales teams by managing incoming calls from builders and contractors, directing inquiries as needed.
- Communicate with builders to arrange service installations and establish new accounts.
- Assist area sales with customer engagement, including follow-ups, canvassing, direct mail, and telemarketing.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Experience in an office setting with a focus on public interaction is essential.
- Proficiency in DOJM, SAP, Fieldbook, MapFrame, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Candidates should be organized, reliable, and capable of clear communication with potential customers.
Education and Experience
- An associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is desirable.
