Job Title: Clinical Sales Representative

At Intuitive, we are united behind our mission to revolutionize minimally invasive care. As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of our robotic surgical device, enhancing surgical precision, and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization and maximize its benefits.
  • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised and drive continuous expansion of the user base.
  • Mentor new team members to become high-performance members of the clinical sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
  • Ambition and exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
