Insurance Business Developer

We are looking for a talented Account Representative to join our team at Michael Lantzy State Farm Insurance. In this role, you will work closely with our team to build and maintain relationships with new customers, provide insurance solutions, and meet sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, assessing customer needs, and recommending suitable insurance coverage. You will also present insurance proposals to clients, address any questions or concerns, and maintain accurate customer records. Furthermore, you will collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary, plus commission and bonus. The estimated annual compensation is $55,000+. We also offer group benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid holidays and vacation time.
