**Job Title:** Insurance Sales Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
We are looking for a skilled Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at Alisha Alef - State Farm Agent. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
**Job Description:**
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will have previous sales experience, particularly in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- They should be proficient in using computer applications, have excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of insurance and financial services products, including life, health, and living benefits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients through exceptional customer service and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conducting needs-based reviews to identify opportunities to provide customized solutions and increase revenue.
- Scheduling appointments, developing leads, and identifying customer needs to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.
- Cooperating with the agent to participate in local business development initiatives and expand the agency's network.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
