  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, including a bonus and commission structure based on performance. Additionally, we offer group benefits, growth potential, and a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
