Position Overview:
The role of Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst (level determined by experience) is a prominent position that offers significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement under the mentorship of experienced management and the Executive Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with clients on various procurement and supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and the capacity to influence spending and generate value within their organizations.
- Manage and support client project workstreams, including:
- Supply chain and procurement evaluations
- Category Management and Strategic Sourcing
- Development of procurement strategy roadmaps and capability enhancement
- Scenario modeling and analytical assessments
- Contribute to internal firm-building initiatives such as:
- Scoping, market, and supplier research
- RFx development, management, and evaluation
- Supplier assessment and selection
- Negotiation strategies
- Operational improvement and innovation
- Engage in business development and practice enhancement efforts, including:
- Development of knowledge capital
- Proposal and RFP response preparation
- Benchmarking and client research
- Employee development and resource management
- Lead teams of consultants, analysts, and other personnel to ensure effective client support and service delivery.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting environment is essential.
- At least 6 years of experience in procurement, whether in a consulting capacity or as a practitioner.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing direct reports and directing project teams.
- Proven ability to successfully manage consulting projects amidst ambiguity and unclear requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing engagement teams to support clients in strategic cost reduction initiatives, including:
- Opportunity assessments
- Development and execution of sourcing strategies
- Supplier performance management
- Expertise in managing advisory engagements through all phases, from proposal and contract development to final delivery, while resolving issues and mitigating delays as necessary.

Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial assessments, data analysis, and MS Excel (including pivot tables), along with the ability to create informative charts and presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Management Responsibilities:
- Typically reports to the Supply Chain Development Manager or Senior Supply Chain Development Manager.
- This position does not entail direct management of other employees.

Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong leadership potential is essential.
- Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
- A solid understanding of electronics/mechanical manufacturing and materials management is required, along with skills in negotiation and materials planning.
