Position Summary:
The role of Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst (dependent on experience) is a prominent position that offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development under the mentorship of experienced management and the Executive Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with clients on various procurement and supply chain initiatives aimed at:
- Enhancing operational efficiency
- Driving effectiveness

- Conducting supply chain and procurement assessments
- Implementing category management and strategic sourcing
- Developing procurement strategy roadmaps and capabilities
- Performing scenario modeling and analytics

- Managing RFx processes
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers
- Leading negotiations
- Driving operational improvements and innovations
- Participate in business development efforts, including:
- Developing knowledge capital
- Crafting proposals and RFP responses
- Conducting benchmarking and client research
- Supporting employee development
- Oversee and guide teams of consultants and analysts to ensure high-quality client support and service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting environment
- At least 6 years of experience in procurement, either in a consulting capacity or as a practitioner
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and directing project initiatives
- Proven ability to successfully manage consulting projects amidst ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements throughout all phases of strategic procurement initiatives
- Proficient in financial assessments, data analysis, and advanced MS Excel skills (including pivot tables) along with strong MS PowerPoint presentation capabilities.

Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

Management Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Supply Chain Development Manager or Senior Supply Chain Development Manager.
- This position does not involve direct management of other employees.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership potential
- Understanding of electronics and mechanical manufacturing, as well as materials management
- Skills in negotiation and cost reduction strategies.
