Position Overview:

As a Finance Operations Analyst within our Managed Services division, you will assist our international clients with their investment operations, focusing on reconciliation and data aggregation. This team is dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of investment management firms and hedge funds globally, providing essential support in back-office functions, particularly in trade processing, settlements, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily account reconciliations with financial institutions in a timely manner.
  • Investigating and resolving data integrity challenges during the reconciliation process by liaising with clients and data providers.
  • Addressing client inquiries promptly, documenting issues and resolutions, and communicating any delays or concerns internally and to clients.
  • Engaging in projects aimed at process improvement and enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Adhering to clients' service level agreements (SLAs).
