Position Overview:

We invite you to become a part of our team as a Materials Management Manager. In this role, you will lead the Purchasing and Materials Management Department. Your key duties will encompass managing inventory levels, processing procurement orders, and ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set reorder thresholds for supplies
  • Package and dispatch departmental shipments
  • Handle procurement orders and billing
  • Oversee supply processing operations
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Ensure effective inventory management
  • Coordinate safety inspections for equipment
  • Manage patient billing processes

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline

Experience: Minimum of three years in materials management

Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Materials Management software
