Job Summary:

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Biopharmaceutical Sales Professional to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio in the Nashville East, TN territory. As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers.
  • Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
  • Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment to ensure compliance with Lundbeck policies and procedures.
  • Meet and comply with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers/customer facilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn digital tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a specialty product sales force.
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
  • Documented successful sales performance and ability to develop and execute fully integrated account plans.

Travel:

Willingness/Ability to travel up to 30% - 40% domestically to meet/interact with customer base and internal personnel within assigned territory, and attend internal/external conferences and meetings.
