Account Manager

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for positioning and selling our portfolio of products within assigned territories. This includes developing and maintaining expertise of all products, working with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare providers to ensure our products are adopted within accounts and geographies, and identifying target markets in accordance with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and retention strategies for target markets and customers.
- Work with Regional Director to develop a sound business plan that will lead to exceeding defined sales revenues for said territory.
- Utilize product knowledge, relevant institutional and office relationships, and business acumen skills to execute strategy and meet sales objectives.
- Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy utilizing familiarity with account-based operations and existing reporting, tools, and dashboards.
- Ensure that corporate revenue objectives are exceeded within a specified geography.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum 1 year of direct selling experience to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience selling in the OR preferred.
