POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves the setup, loading, unloading, and warehousing of products or supplies utilizing a forklift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the setup, loading, unloading, and warehousing of products or supplies using a forklift.
- Operate a forklift in confined spaces, ensuring safe transportation of materials to and from various production equipment locations.
- Potentially operate a pallet jack as needed.
- Maintain accuracy in warehouse transactions and production reporting, as well as inventory management of products and supplies.
- Learn and utilize SAP for data entry on forklift computer terminals, handheld devices, and desktop computers.
- Ensure work areas are kept tidy, organized, and assist in collecting quality control samples, along with other clerical tasks as assigned by supervision.
- Conduct safety inspections of the forklift prior to use and complete the safety inspection form for each shift.
- Qualify as a forklift operator by passing medical, written, and practical examinations.
- Perform repetitive loading and unloading of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard safety and operational procedures for lift trucks.
- May be assigned to alternate facility locations or required to work weekends and other shifts as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse facilities, which may include occasional janitorial duties (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
- Adhere to all site and equipment safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in forklift operation is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting hourly rate for this full-time position is $21.75. Individual base pay may vary based on work location and factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include additional forms of remuneration. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits starting on the first day of employment.
