Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining daily communication with clients, addressing inquiries related to service status, reporting, and general support. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a call center environment to address inquiries and service requests.
