Administrative Meeting Coordinator

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Meeting Coordinator to support the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) at Joint Base Andrews and Pentagon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, meeting planning, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan meetings and conferences for the SAB, including travel arrangements, logistics, and catering.
- Develop and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Process travel vouchers and ensure compliance with Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR).
- Provide administrative support to 55+ senior-level SAB members, handling confidential and classified information.
- Track and report performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, meeting planning, or a related field.
- Knowledge of JFTR and Air Force protocol.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential and classified information.
