Position Overview:
The Strategic Development team at Domino's is on the lookout for a dedicated Mapping and Analytics professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a background in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Realignment Analysis for New Store Development (45%):
    Conduct thorough analyses for potential new store locations, preparing comprehensive documentation that includes:
    • Assessment of current store performance metrics, including sales, service, and EBITDA.
    • Market analysis comparing Domino's market share with competitors.
    • Financial projections encompassing costs, sales forecasts, EBITDA, and ROI.
    • Collaboration with Development COE and field teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Utilization of various analytical tools and data sets to support decision-making.
  • Store Delivery and Service Area Management (35%):
    Oversee and enhance store territories by:
    • Updating and maintaining essential information related to delivery areas.
    • Creating boundaries for Online Ordering customer routing.
    • Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing Delivery & Service areas.
    • Coordinating updates for temporary closures and re-openings.
    • Ensuring accurate GPS coordinates for store locations.
  • Legal Support and Adhoc Responsibilities (20%):
    Assist the legal team by:
    • Preparing maps for store relocations and contract renewals.
    • Creating visual documentation for development agreements.
    • Generating maps to support legal documentation.
    • Producing various cosmetic maps as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Access to reliable home internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Geospatial Analysis.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the QSR or Retail sector.
  • Experience in business analysis and mapping software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
