Entry-Level Sustainability Compliance Analyst (Stormwater)

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Sustainability/Stormwater Compliance Analyst at The Bolton Group, you will be instrumental in advancing our dedication to environmental responsibility and adherence to regulations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about environmental sustainability to begin a fulfilling career within a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stormwater Oversight: Aid in the formulation and execution of stormwater management strategies for construction projects, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  2. NPDES Regulation Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of NPDES permit documentation. Monitor compliance with permit stipulations and contribute to the development of strategies to resolve any compliance challenges.
  3. Environmental Assessments: Engage in environmental compliance evaluations to determine the efficacy of stormwater control measures and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Collaborate with project teams to implement necessary corrective measures.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: Ensure meticulous documentation of environmental compliance activities. Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulatory bodies as mandated.
  5. Training and Awareness: Support the creation and delivery of environmental compliance training initiatives for project teams. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to foster awareness of environmental regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of stormwater management concepts and NPDES regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to analyze data and produce reports.
  • Familiarity with pertinent environmental laws and regulations.
