Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Conifer Health Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, ensuring accurate and efficient registration processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient registration, scheduling, and pre-admission functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Collect and verify patient demographic information, insurance details, and financial data
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of registration and scheduling tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
  • 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in healthcare software applications
