Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, and leading a team of talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Experience: Design and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Salon Leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of business operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Cosmetology License: Active cosmetology license in the state where you are applying.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
