We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues related to our software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related problems reported by customers.

- Escalate complex problems to internal teams and follow up for resolution.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
