Job Summary

Gustave A. Larson Company seeks a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • You will partner with Territory Managers to share new sales opportunities and support the branch by assisting at the counter and answering phones.
  • You will maintain a thorough understanding of the Company's products or services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years account management or sales experience or related education required.
  • Previous HVAC experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in ERP software, preferably P21.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the assigned territory.
