About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Indigo Nashville @ the Countrypolitan. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assist with room assignments, key distribution, and other front desk duties
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial tasks
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation software
