Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Arbor Lodging Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Registering Guests: Welcome and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Reservation and Room Management: Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking, ensuring all guest requests are met and exceeded.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve any guest concerns or requests.

Requirements:

  • Hotel Front Desk Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in reservation systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
