Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and train sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' of Outside Sales or related work experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices.
  • Experience with consumer education of products and services.
Working Conditions

This position will work in a field and office environment, with exposure to inclement weather. Travel will be required as needed.
