Overview:

The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), recognized as the largest airline pilot union globally, is seeking a Digital Content Developer & Trainer. This role is pivotal in creating compelling online experiences and converting extensive knowledge of web development into interactive training sessions for content creators, managers, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to transform wireframes, concepts, and designs into functional, modern websites.
- Code and style websites while being part of a team that updates and manages content on ALPA's digital platforms.
- Seamlessly transition between web development, content management, and training, excelling in each area while demonstrating creativity and sound judgment aligned with the Association's digital objectives.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience is required, with five or more years preferred. Additional applicable experience may substitute for educational requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Web Applications from an accredited institution is mandatory; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective engagement with diverse audiences.

Skills:
- Proven experience in public speaking, presenting, and training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professional maturity and sound judgment.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and content management systems, with experience in DNN and Sitecore preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance metrics to guide development decisions.
- Understanding of labor unions, professional associations, or advocacy organizations is advantageous.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Technical Proficiencies:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Jira or similar project management tools, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
