Key Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence cycle, including collection fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence products.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, along with strong all-source research, data evaluation, and analytical capabilities.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Foundational Cloud Certification.
  • DoD Information Assurance Technical 1 (IAT Level 1) certification.
  • Completion of a US Government basic intelligence training course.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as an intelligence analyst.
  • Successful completion of a formal OSINT Course.
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and analyze data from a variety of intelligence sources, including Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and Human Intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Continuously assess OSINT reporting and threat streams within a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR), producing timely and predictive intelligence products while coordinating analytical outputs for distribution.
  • Gather and evaluate publicly available information (PAI) from a wide range of open sources, both traditional and non-traditional.
  • Analyze data from the internet, including social media, blogs, databases, maps, videos, academic literature, news media, and technical publications. [Note: Collection may involve the clear web, deep web, and occasionally, the dark web, as necessary.]
  • Identify and formalize new OSINT methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet mission objectives.
  • Draft and coordinate responses to OSINT-related inquiries and tasks.
  • Conduct OSINT operations in response to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Collect, exploit, and analyze PAI, preparing reports as required with minimal supervision, utilizing SIPRNet and JWICS systems and tools.
  • Produce, review, and edit assessments, reports, briefings, threat analyses, and specialized studies.
  • Maintain and update common battle space awareness and the overall intelligence picture.
  • Focus expertise on a specific AOR to optimize support for collection efforts and resource allocation.
  • Leverage the full spectrum of Intelligence Community resources to identify exploitable vulnerabilities and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Utilize critical intelligence data to identify gaps, generate informed assessments, and fulfill Priority Intelligence Requirements.
