Role Summary:

The Digital Content Developer & Trainer will be responsible for crafting compelling online experiences while leveraging extensive knowledge in web development to deliver interactive training sessions for content creators, managers, and developers.

Collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership is essential to transform wireframes, concepts, and designs into effective and modern websites.

This diverse role necessitates a seamless transition between web development, content management, and training, excelling in each area while showcasing creativity, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of the organization's digital objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging training materials that effectively communicate web design and development principles.
  • Maintain and update content across various ALPA websites.
  • Utilize UI/UX design principles, CSS, and HTML in daily tasks.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and through digital platforms.
  • Employ Google Analytics and performance metrics to guide development decisions.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Web Applications from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with diverse audiences.

Proven experience in public speaking and training is required, along with the ability to engage various groups.

Self-motivation, professional maturity, and sound judgment are critical, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems is necessary, with experience in DNN and Sitecore being advantageous.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.


Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:
Standard office environment.
