Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team at Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling in Indianapolis. As an HVAC sales representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, inspecting equipment, and providing accurate quotes for repairs and replacements.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential HVAC systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide accurate quotes for repairs and replacements, and negotiate sales
  • Participate in on-call assignments and backup as required
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must have sales experience and a strong track record of success
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
