Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, building relationships with customers, and growing a book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Grow a book of business by identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
What We Offer:
  • Uncapped pay, including base salary, bonuses, prizes, and recognition.
  • Total average first year earnings range from $65k to $85k through a combination of base, bonus, and uncapped commission.
  • Potential for top performers to earn over $150k+.
  • Some roles eligible for $5k Sign-On bonus.

Requirements:
  • Previous employment in sales where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with Liberty Mutual's training and support in Property & Casualty, Life, and Accident & Health.
  • Effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
