We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts and help drive growth in the luxury travel market. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy and highly motivated professional to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of VIP Traveler.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain strong hotel partner relationships to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Negotiate contracts with partners to achieve exclusive rates and benefits for our members
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to drive sales performance
  • Represent the company in the region, building the company's profile with key influencers and tourism boards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results for partner properties
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the travel industry
  • Strong relationships with hotel partners and a deep understanding of the luxury travel market
  • Able to negotiate complex contracts and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
