We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our Amex Offers Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering against sales goals, creating a dynamic team culture with a will to win, and influencing across teams and with external customers. You will lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
This role requires a leader with a strong sales acumen and strategic perspective, who can drive revenue growth through new client/advertiser acquisition and expansion of new accounts. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders and address and resolve complex advertiser issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets, volumes, and growth objectives
- Drive revenue growth through new client/advertiser acquisition and expansion of new accounts
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and professional development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders
- Address and resolve complex advertiser issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
This is a hybrid position, and you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week.
Requirements- 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account development, preferably within a digital media or performance marketing sales role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding business acumen and strategic perspective
- Exceptional relationship building experience
- Proven ability to influence others
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in meeting and exceeding sales goals
