Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Bay Area team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our multiple products to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and set meetings with potential clients
  • Identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment that meets recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency
  • Lead all steps of the sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with decision makers across mid-market and enterprise companies in the Bay Area region
  • Learn and understand our sales training program, including best practices within the sales process and managing activity in our CRM
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new clients and showing diligence with follow-up communications to ensure a close
  • Collaborate with our operations team to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships

Requirements

  • 4+ years of new business development experience with at least two in an outside sales, closing capacity
  • Experience in navigating decision makers across mid-market and enterprise level companies
  • Ability to chase goals and achieve results
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Success in cold-calling and utilizing sourcing strategies to reach decision makers
