Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will provide critical support for our field office, enabling us to achieve our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for assigned staff.
  • Receive and screen telephone calls and emails for the area office.
  • Retrieve, open, and distribute office mail.
  • Plan, organize, and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
  • Manage development of resources and meet deadlines of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate donor ministry events, banquets, and staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with administrative software and systems.
