The Digital Document Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Quality Improvement Department at Consumer Direct Care Network. This position is responsible for maintaining DocuSign processes, packet/form maintenance, and special projects. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the department and contribute to day-to-day operations.

* Assist the department with reviewing and maintaining satisfaction surveys, internal monitoring, report support, and form/packet maintenance
* Promote a cohesive office environment
* Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
* Develop effective written and verbal communication skills
* Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
* Demonstrate dependability and problem-solving skills

The Digital Document Specialist typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed.
