Night Shift Resident Care Coordinator

Mountain Home is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Resident Care Coordinator to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young mothers and their children. As a key member of our Residential Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to mothers and children who have experienced trauma, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
Assist residents with transportation, homework, and other daily needs, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
Perform and document room, chore, and safety checks, ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
Administer breathalyzers and urinary analysis, responding to crisis situations with compassion and expertise.
Enforce residential meetings, chores, meal preparation, and quiet hours, promoting a sense of community and responsibility.
Provide support and assistance to help residents remain or return to independence, addressing challenges and celebrating successes.
Receive, inspect, sort, wash, and put away donations, promoting a culture of gratitude and generosity.
Document daily notes and incident reports in our online client database, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Maintain reliability and dependability through a commitment to schedule and tasks, prioritizing the needs of our residents.
Requirements
