Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Entry Point Communications. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for maintaining our electronic coupon kiosks across various retail locations.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to participating retailer store associates, assisting the company's help desk staff with remote system troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude for servicing computer equipment
- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, mileage allowance, and expense reimbursement.
