Position Summary:
The Sales Acceleration team within Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) unit is dedicated to developing and implementing initiatives that significantly enhance sales performance and achieve strategic objectives. The Manager of Seller Experience will be instrumental in fostering sales engagement across VAS by designing and executing a content strategy that ensures our internal sales teams have access to the most relevant and impactful resources throughout their sales processes.
The Manager of Seller Experience will report directly to the Director of Seller Experience and collaborate closely to address the unique challenges associated with the accessibility of sales-related materials within Visa. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration to define project scope, secure necessary resources, and establish processes that enhance the daily operations of our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize global Compass (powered by Highspot) pages to minimize the time and effort required for sellers to find essential content.
- Analyze and report on the global impact and adoption of best practices.
- Implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall seller experience.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to document and track their evolving strategies.
- Support the design and development of seller-facing presentations and related materials.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD).
- Experience in designing presentations and content experiences for sales audiences, with a preference for familiarity with Highspot/Compass.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly in virtual environments.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of sales collateral produced.
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and can work independently.
- Experience in facilitating collaboration across various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, and Customer Service.
- Proven ability to connect business strategies with tangible outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using business tools and recommending enhancements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and guide the work of others.
- Capable of creating well-structured written communications and presentations.
- Team-oriented, energetic, and flexible approach.
Additional Information:
- Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
- Travel Requirements: This role may require travel up to 10% of the time.
- Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be conducted in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment.
