The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, programs, and strategic tools that empower our sales team during the pursuit process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Pursuit Win/Loss Intelligence Program
    • Develop and execute a multi-channel approach to gather insights from prospects, customers, and deal team personnel.
    • Analyze data from internal CRM data sets and utilize third-party agencies as needed.
  • Execute Customer Segmentation Analysis
    • Identify trends and key insights specific to our customer install base across attributes such as company composition, size, industry/sector, and geographies.
  • Provide Analysis and Actionable Insights
    • Improve win rates within targeted sales segments, including large-scale and hybrid IT strategic sales efforts.
  • Deliver Market Insights Reporting
    • Provide monthly/quarterly reporting with market insights for sales management and key cross-departmental executives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Service Delivery teams to drive action and improve the sales pursuit process.

Base Pay Range

The annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $140,000 - $160,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.

Variable Pay

Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
