Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Truist Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Commercial insurance and financial services experience
  • Proven internal sales performance and relationship management via account or territory management
