About the Role

RAPP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our esteemed Account Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects on time and to the highest standard.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of client marketing strategies and plans.
  • Escalate and resolve potential issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of industry experience with a focus on digital marketing and CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and technology.
